Availability & Booking Notice: Submitting this form does not confirm your tours or activities—this is simply an inquiry. We will check availability with the tour operator and follow up via the email provided to finalize arrangements.

- 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% penalty 

- Less than 24 hours, no-shows, or early departures: 100% penalty 

- Be On Time: Please arrive promptly for any scheduled activity—transportation won’t be able to wait, and we don’t want you to miss out! 

- What to Pack: A copy or photo of your passports (some activities require a signed waiver), long pants, closed-toe shoes, a rain jacket, sunscreen, and water are great to have with you for your adventures.

-Weather Note: Rain is a regular and refreshing part of life in the Monteverde Cloud Forest, and tours proceed as scheduled in light to moderate rain. Activities will only be canceled by the tour operator in cases of severe weather—such as heavy rainfall, lightning, or hurricanes—when safety may be at risk.
